Mango Milk Punch

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit pulp (e.g., mango)
  • Sugar to taste
  • 2-3 tbsp water
  • 1 cup rich milk
  • Ice

Method

  1. 1 Pare, slice, and stew the fruit until very soft.
  2. 2 Strain the fruit through a fine sieve or muslin to create a smooth pulp.
  3. 3 Mix the pulp with sugar and enough water to make it pour easily. Boil for a few minutes, then cool in a jug.
  4. 4 Fill a glass halfway with the fruit mixture, top with rich milk, and add ice.
