Mango Milk Punch
Ingredients
- 1 cup fruit pulp (e.g., mango)
- Sugar to taste
- 2-3 tbsp water
- 1 cup rich milk
- Ice
Method
- 1 Pare, slice, and stew the fruit until very soft.
- 2 Strain the fruit through a fine sieve or muslin to create a smooth pulp.
- 3 Mix the pulp with sugar and enough water to make it pour easily. Boil for a few minutes, then cool in a jug.
- 4 Fill a glass halfway with the fruit mixture, top with rich milk, and add ice.
