Mango Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk (low-fat 1%)
- 1 fresh pitted mango (or 4 tablespoons frozen mango juice)
- 2 medium bananas
- ice cubes
Method
- 1 Put all ingredients into a blender.
- 2 Blend until foamy.
- 3 Serve immediately.
