Lyonnaise Potatoes With Lemon Juice
Ingredients
- 2 small onions, sliced
- butter
- 6-8 boiled potatoes, sliced thin or diced
- salt and pepper
- minced parsley
- 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar (optional)
Method
- 1 Slice the onions and fry them in butter until softened.
- 2 Add the sliced or diced boiled potatoes to the pan.
- 3 Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned.
- 4 Sprinkle with minced parsley and serve immediately.
