Lyonnaise Potatoes With Lemon Juice

Ingredients

  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • butter
  • 6-8 boiled potatoes, sliced thin or diced
  • salt and pepper
  • minced parsley
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar (optional)

Method

  1. 1 Slice the onions and fry them in butter until softened.
  2. 2 Add the sliced or diced boiled potatoes to the pan.
  3. 3 Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned.
  4. 4 Sprinkle with minced parsley and serve immediately.
