Low Fat Yogurt Tartar Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Method
- 1 Wash hands with soap and water.
- 2 In a small bowl, combine yogurt, pickle relish, minced onion, dried parsley, and hot pepper sauce.
- 3 Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
