Lobster With Wine And Lemon Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lobster, meat cut into large pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Rhenish wine
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
- 1 Prepare the lobster by cutting the meat into large pieces and setting the tails aside to place in the center of the dish.
- 2 Melt the butter in a pan and add the Rhenish wine.
- 3 Add the lobster meat to the pan and heat through.
- 4 Squeeze in the lemon juice, toss to combine, and serve immediately.
