  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • Pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp gravy

Method

  1. 1 Pull lobster meat from shell with a fork; bruise body and spawn with spoon back; break shell.
  2. 2 Boil shells in little water for color, then strain liquid off.
  3. 3 Melt butter in strained liquid with horseradish and cayenne until smooth.
  4. 4 Mix lobster body with butter, add meat, ketchup, and gravy; boil briefly.
