Lobster Stew With Horseradish And Gravy
Ingredients
- 1 lobster
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp horseradish
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp gravy
Method
- 1 Pull lobster meat from shell with a fork; bruise body and spawn with spoon back; break shell.
- 2 Boil shells in little water for color, then strain liquid off.
- 3 Melt butter in strained liquid with horseradish and cayenne until smooth.
- 4 Mix lobster body with butter, add meat, ketchup, and gravy; boil briefly.
