Lobster Salad With Coral Garnish
Ingredients
- 1 lobster
- French dressing
- Lettuce leaves
- Mayonnaise
- Lobster coral
Method
- 1 Remove lobster flesh from shell, keeping shell intact. Wash and dry shell, then arrange on a bed of lettuce leaves.
- 2 Cut lobster flesh into cubes and marinate with French dressing for one hour.
- 3 Drain the lobster, then mix with an equal quantity of shredded lettuce.
- 4 Place the mixture back into the lobster shell.
- 5 Dry the lobster coral thoroughly, pass through a sieve, and garnish the salad with mayonnaise and the coral.
