  • French dressing
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lobster coral

Method

  1. 1 Remove lobster flesh from shell, keeping shell intact. Wash and dry shell, then arrange on a bed of lettuce leaves.
  2. 2 Cut lobster flesh into cubes and marinate with French dressing for one hour.
  3. 3 Drain the lobster, then mix with an equal quantity of shredded lettuce.
  4. 4 Place the mixture back into the lobster shell.
  5. 5 Dry the lobster coral thoroughly, pass through a sieve, and garnish the salad with mayonnaise and the coral.
