Lobster Salad Bread Strips
Ingredients
- lobster meat, chopped very fine
- French dressing, to taste
- bread, cut into 4-inch by 1.5-inch strips
- parsley, for garnish
- lobster feelers, for garnish
Method
- 1 Chop the lobster meat very fine.
- 2 Season the lobster meat with French dressing to taste.
- 3 Cut bread into strips about four inches long and an inch and a half wide.
- 4 Fill or top the bread strips with the lobster mixture.
- 5 Garnish with parsley and the slender feelers of the lobster.
