Lemon Zest Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 fresh lemons
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Method
- 1 Roll the lemons firmly on the counter to release their juices.
- 2 Rub the lemon rind over a large lump of sugar to infuse it with zest.
- 3 Mix the infused sugar with the cream until fully sweetened.
