Lemon Zest Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 2 fresh lemons
• 1 quart heavy cream
• 1 cup powdered sugar

Method

1. 1 Roll the lemons firmly on the counter to release their juices.
2. 2 Rub the lemon rind over a large lump of sugar to infuse it with zest.
3. 3 Mix the infused sugar with the cream until fully sweetened.
4. 4 Freeze the mixture according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
