Lemon Yogurt And Graham Cracker Parfait
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
- 3 tablespoons instant lemon pudding mix
- 1 cup crushed graham cracker rectangles
- 8 ounces mandarin orange slices, drained
Method
- 1 Combine vanilla yogurt and instant lemon pudding mix; gently stir until blended.
- 2 Layer crushed graham crackers on the bottom of a serving dish.
- 3 Immediately pour the pudding mixture over the cracker crumbs.
- 4 Top with drained mandarin orange slices or your favorite fruit.
