Lemon Stuffed Fish With Nutmeg Butter Sauce

- lemon (cut into small cubes)
- lemon peels (cut into decorative shapes)
- fish cooking liquid (gravy)
- butter
- lemon juice
- grated nutmeg
Method
- 1 Boil the fish in salted water without stuffing.
- 2 Once boiled, stuff the fish with small cubes of lemon.
- 3 Arrange decorative lemon peel shapes around the fish on the plate.
- 4 Make sauce by combining the fish cooking liquid with beaten butter, lemon juice, and grated nutmeg.
- 5 Serve the fish with the warm lemon butter sauce poured over it.
