Lemon Ricotta Crepes With Jelly
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- pinch of salt
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon melted butter
Method
- 1 Beat eggs, milk, flour, sugar, salt, lemon rind, and melted butter together until smooth.
- 2 Fry small pancakes in a pan, turning once to cook both sides.
- 3 Spread with jelly, jam, or marmalade, roll up, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- 4 Serve immediately.
