Lemon Parsley Fried Whitebait
Ingredients
- whitebait
- salt
- flour
- hot fat
- 1 tablespoon butter
- lemon juice
- chopped parsley
Method
- 1 Clean, wash, and wipe the whitebait dry. Season with salt and roll in flour.
- 2 Fry the whitebait in hot fat until cooked through.
- 3 Melt butter, add a squeeze of lemon juice and chopped parsley. Pour over the fish and serve.
