Lemon Nutmeg Hard Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- grated nutmeg
- confectioner's sugar
Method
- 1 Cream 2 tablespoons of butter until soft.
- 2 Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and a little grated nutmeg.
- 3 Beat in enough sifted confectioner's sugar to make a light, fluffy mass.
- 4 Let it harden a little before serving.
