Lemon Milk Sherbet
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 quart milk
- 3 lemons, juiced
Method
- 1 Mix sugar, milk, and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 2 Pour the mixture into an ice cream freezer. Freeze until firm, stirring occasionally if using a hand-crank model.
