Lemon Milk Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 quart milk
  • 3 lemons, juiced

Method

  1. 1 Mix sugar, milk, and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir vigorously until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  2. 2 Pour the mixture into an ice cream freezer. Freeze until firm, stirring occasionally if using a hand-crank model.
