Lemon Egg Sauce Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 young chicken, broken into pieces
- 1 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp flour
- Broth
- 1 egg yolk
- Juice of ½ lemon
Method
- 1 Place chicken pieces in a saucepan with butter. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2 Brown the chicken halfway, then sprinkle with flour to add color.
- 3 Add broth and cook until done. Remove chicken to a plate.
- 4 Beat egg yolk with lemon juice, pour into the pan sauce, and simmer briefly.
- 5 Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
