Lemon Egg Sauce Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 young chicken, broken into pieces
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Broth
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Method

  1. 1 Place chicken pieces in a saucepan with butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Brown the chicken halfway, then sprinkle with flour to add color.
  3. 3 Add broth and cook until done. Remove chicken to a plate.
  4. 4 Beat egg yolk with lemon juice, pour into the pan sauce, and simmer briefly.
  5. 5 Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve hot.
