Lemon Curd Fruit Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup water
- 3 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 lemons, juiced
- ½ cup wine (optional)
Method
- 1 Boil sugar and water for 5 minutes.
- 2 Pour hot syrup into beaten egg yolks.
- 3 Cook over hot water, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
- 4 Cool and stir in lemon juice (or wine plus 1 tbsp lemon juice).
