Lemon Butter Poached Eggs On Toast
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 tsp minced parsley
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- Toast slices
Method
- 1 Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
- 2 Stir in the lemon juice and minced parsley until combined.
