Lemon Butter Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup white stock
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • lemon juice

Method

  1. 1 Fry chopped onion in 1 tbsp butter with minced parsley and chopped mushrooms.
  2. 2 Add white stock and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. 3 Thicken with a paste of butter and flour cooked together.
  4. 4 Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter and lemon juice.
