Lemon Butter Mushroom Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp minced parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup white stock
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- lemon juice
Method
- 1 Fry chopped onion in 1 tbsp butter with minced parsley and chopped mushrooms.
- 2 Add white stock and boil for 10 minutes.
- 3 Thicken with a paste of butter and flour cooked together.
- 4 Remove from heat and stir in remaining butter and lemon juice.
