Lemon Butter Crab With Anchovy
Ingredients
- crab meat (body and legs)
- broth or gravy
- 1 anchovy
- juice of 1 small lemon
- butter
Method
- 1 Combine crab meat and a little broth or gravy in a dish to heat until moist.
- 2 Heat broth or gravy with dissolved anchovy and lemon juice.
- 3 Thicken the sauce with butter and stir into the hot crab meat.
- 4 Serve the mixture back in the crab shell.
