Layered Pousse Cafe Cocktail

Ingredients

• ½ cup Maraschino liqueur
• 1 tbsp Raspberry Syrup
• 1 tbsp Vanilla liqueur
• 1 tbsp Curaçao
• 1 tbsp Green Chartreuse
• 1 tbsp Brandy

Method

1. 1 Fill a Pousse Cafe glass halfway with Maraschino liqueur.
2. 2 Slowly pour Raspberry Syrup, Vanilla liqueur, Curaçao, Chartreuse, and Brandy in equal proportions over the back of a spoon to create distinct layers until the glass is full.
