Layered Egg Salad With Tomato And Onions

Ingredients

  • 1 handful finely shredded lettuce
  • 2-3 young sliced onions
  • 1 bunch mustard and cress
  • 2 sliced tomatoes
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup salad oil
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard

Method

  1. 1 Line a glass dish with finely shredded lettuce.
  2. 2 Layer sliced onions, mustard and cress, sliced tomatoes, and sliced hard-boiled eggs over the lettuce.
  3. 3 Season with salt and pepper, then top with a layer of grated cheese.
