Layered Egg Cheese Salad With Pickle
Ingredients
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- Lettuce leaves
- Grated cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Cream
- Chopped cucumber pickle
Method
- 1 Line a salad dish with lettuce leaves.
- 2 Add a layer of sliced hard-boiled eggs and sprinkle thickly with grated cheese.
- 3 Thin mayonnaise with a little cream and spread over the cheese.
- 4 Add another layer of eggs and cheese, then sprinkle with chopped cucumber pickle.
- 5 Top with remaining eggs, cover with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with more cheese.
