Layered Black Bean Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can (15 ounce) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 ounces reduced fat cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- 1 Mash the black beans and mix in onion powder, dried oregano, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
- 2 Spread the bean mixture evenly onto a serving dish.
- 3 Top with salsa, sour cream, chopped green onions, and grated cheddar cheese.
