Layered Beef And Vegetable Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups sliced potatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1 pound sliced carrots
- 1 1/2 cups browned and drained 90% lean ground beef
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- 1 Lightly oil or spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
- 2 Layer the ingredients in the order given: potatoes, carrots, pepper, onion, beef, green beans, and tomato soup.
- 3 Cover the dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
- 4 Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes until thoroughly heated.
