  • 2 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 1 pound sliced carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups browned and drained 90% lean ground beef
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can tomato soup

Method

  1. 1 Lightly oil or spray a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Layer the ingredients in the order given: potatoes, carrots, pepper, onion, beef, green beans, and tomato soup.
  3. 3 Cover the dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
  4. 4 Uncover and bake for 15 more minutes until thoroughly heated.
