Lamb Chops With Lemon Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp salad oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Juice of ½ lemon

Method

  1. 1 Blend Worcestershire sauce, salad oil, mustard, salt, paprika, and lemon juice together until well combined.
  2. 2 Spread the dressing lightly on both sides of cooked lamb chops.
  3. 3 Serve on a hot platter without gravy, accompanied by spiced grape or currant jelly.
