Lamb Chops With Lemon Mustard Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp paprika
- Juice of ½ lemon
Method
- 1 Blend Worcestershire sauce, salad oil, mustard, salt, paprika, and lemon juice together until well combined.
- 2 Spread the dressing lightly on both sides of cooked lamb chops.
- 3 Serve on a hot platter without gravy, accompanied by spiced grape or currant jelly.
