Ingredients

• tender lamb chops
• chopped mushrooms
• ½ cup canned tomatoes
• 6 small onions, fried brown in butter
• 1 can peas
• stock
• browned flour
• rich crust

Method

1. 1 Arrange tender lamb chops, chopped mushrooms, canned tomatoes, fried onions, and peas in a deep baking dish.
2. 2 Thicken stock with browned flour and pour over the ingredients.
3. 3 Cover with a rich crust, gash the top, and bake for 30 minutes or more.
