Ladyfinger Cream Charlotte
Ingredients
- Ladyfingers
- 1 pint heavy cream
- Sugar to taste
- Flavoring to taste
- 1/2 package gelatin
Method
- 1 Line a mold with ladyfingers.
- 2 Soak and dissolve gelatin.
- 3 Whip cream to stiff peaks, adding sugar and flavoring.
- 4 Fold in dissolved gelatin.
- 5 Pour into the lined mold and chill until set.
