Ladyfinger Cream Charlotte

Ingredients

  • Ladyfingers
  • 1 pint heavy cream
  • Sugar to taste
  • Flavoring to taste
  • 1/2 package gelatin

Method

  1. 1 Line a mold with ladyfingers.
  2. 2 Soak and dissolve gelatin.
  3. 3 Whip cream to stiff peaks, adding sugar and flavoring.
  4. 4 Fold in dissolved gelatin.
  5. 5 Pour into the lined mold and chill until set.
