Julienne Vegetable Soup
Ingredients
- 1 pint mixed vegetables (celery, carrots, turnips)
- 1 quart stock
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Method
- 1 Cut vegetables into tiny dice or strips of uniform size.
- 2 Boil vegetables in salted water until tender but firm, then drain.
- 3 Add vegetables to stock, bring to a boil, season with pepper, and serve.
