Jicama And Mandarin Orange Salad
Ingredients
- 1 cup jicama, peeled and chopped
- 1 1/2 cups canned Mandarin oranges (in light syrup)
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt to taste (optional)
- Cilantro (optional)
Method
- 1 Peel the jicama using a small sharp knife, cutting it in half for stability.
- 2 Cut the jicama into small strips or grate it using a large hand grater.
- 3 Stir the jicama, Mandarin oranges, lime juice, salt, and cilantro together in a bowl.
