Jelly Stuffed Russian Crepes
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 cup flour
- salt
- 3 egg whites
- melted butter
- jelly
Method
- 1 Beat egg yolks lightly, then mix in milk, water, flour, and a little salt until smooth.
- 2 Stir in egg whites beaten to stiff peaks.
- 3 Brush a pan with melted butter and pour in a thin layer of batter.
- 4 Cook until browned on both sides, flipping once.
- 5 Spread with jelly, fold in half, then fold again into a wedge.
- 6 Serve hot.
