  • flavoring of choice
  • jelly for filling

Method

  1. 1 Sift the sugar, flour, and cream of tartar together into a bowl.
  2. 2 Add the eggs and stir the mixture for ten minutes until well combined.
  3. 3 Stir in the cold water, baking soda, and your chosen flavoring.
  4. 4 Pour the batter into a biscuit pan and bake until done.
