Jam Roll Sponge Cake
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- Weight of 4 eggs in castor sugar
- Weight of 3 eggs in flour

Method
- 1 Beat the eggs to a cream.
- 2 Add the sugar and then the flour, mixing lightly.
- 3 Grease a baking tin with butter and line with greased paper.
- 4 Pour in the mixture, spread it evenly, and bake until a light fawn color.
- 5 Turn the cake onto a cloth, spread with melted jam, and roll up quickly.
