Italian Pasta Salad With Broccoli And Carrots
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups blanched broccoli pieces
- 1 cup cooked carrot slices
- 1/2 cup red pepper strips
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup light or reduced-fat Italian salad dressing
Method
- 1 Combine cooked pasta, blanched broccoli, cooked carrots, red pepper strips, and sliced green onion in a large bowl.
