Italian Dressing Bean And Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can red kidney beans (15.5 ounces, drained and rinsed)
- 1 can black beans (15.5 ounces, drained and rinsed)
- 1 carrot, scrubbed and sliced
- 1 medium yellow squash, washed and sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, washed and sliced
- 1/2 cup light Italian dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Method
- 1 Mix all the vegetables and beans together in a large bowl.
- 2 Pour the Italian dressing over the vegetables.
- 3 Sprinkle with pepper and stir gently to coat all vegetables.
- 4 Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
