Italian Dressing Bean And Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 can red kidney beans (15.5 ounces, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 can black beans (15.5 ounces, drained and rinsed)
  • 1 carrot, scrubbed and sliced
  • 1 medium yellow squash, washed and sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, washed and sliced
  • 1/2 cup light Italian dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Method

  1. 1 Mix all the vegetables and beans together in a large bowl.
  2. 2 Pour the Italian dressing over the vegetables.
  3. 3 Sprinkle with pepper and stir gently to coat all vegetables.
  4. 4 Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
