Infused Mint Vinegar Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 bunch mint
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
Method
- 1 Rinse the mint in cold water and chop it very fine.
- 2 Dissolve the sugar in the vinegar.
- 3 Add the chopped mint to the vinegar mixture and let stand for one hour to infuse.
- 4 If the vinegar is too strong, dilute it with cold water.
- 5 For hot sauce, heat the vinegar and sugar, then stir in the chopped mint just before serving.
