Iced Citrus Tea Punch

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons loose tea
  • 2 quarts boiling water
  • juice and peelings of 3 lemons
  • juice and peelings of 1 orange
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ice

Method

  1. 1 Pour boiling water over tea and steep for 5 minutes.
  2. 2 Strain tea into a pitcher containing lemon and orange juice and peelings.
  3. 3 Add sugar and cool slowly.
  4. 4 Serve over plenty of ice.
