Iced Citrus Tea Punch
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons loose tea
- 2 quarts boiling water
- juice and peelings of 3 lemons
- juice and peelings of 1 orange
- 1 cup sugar
- ice
Method
- 1 Pour boiling water over tea and steep for 5 minutes.
- 2 Strain tea into a pitcher containing lemon and orange juice and peelings.
- 3 Add sugar and cool slowly.
- 4 Serve over plenty of ice.
