Hot Brandy Cocktail With Lemon Peel

Ingredients

• 1 jigger brandy
• ½ glass hot water
• Lemon peel, for garnish
• ½ small teaspoon sugar (optional)

Method

1. 1 Fill a whiskey glass halfway with hot water.
2. 2 Pour in one jigger of brandy.
3. 3 Twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink to release oils, then drop it in.
4. 4 Add sugar if desired and stir gently. Serve immediately.
