Hot Bacon Vinaigrette Salad
Ingredients
- 8 oz fat bacon, cut into small squares
- Salad greens (e.g., endive, lettuce, celery)
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- 1 Prepare your chosen salad greens and cut them into a bowl.
- 2 Cut 8 oz of fat bacon into small squares and fry in a pan until crisp.
- 3 Pour the hot bacon and fat over the salad greens.
- 4 Add 2 tbsp vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly.
