Horseradish Salmon Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can salmon (about 15.5 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 4 green onions, chopped (or 1/4 cup onion, or onion powder to taste)
  • parsley, for garnish

Method

  1. 1 Drain the salmon and flake it into a bowl using a fork.
  2. 2 Add the lemon juice, horseradish, yogurt, dill weed, and green onions. Mix well.
  3. 3 Serve the spread on bread, crackers, or rice cakes.
  4. 4 Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
