Horseradish Salmon Yogurt Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can salmon (about 15.5 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 4 green onions, chopped (or 1/4 cup onion, or onion powder to taste)
- parsley, for garnish
Method
- 1 Drain the salmon and flake it into a bowl using a fork.
- 2 Add the lemon juice, horseradish, yogurt, dill weed, and green onions. Mix well.
- 3 Serve the spread on bread, crackers, or rice cakes.
- 4 Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
