Horseradish Corned Beef Watercress Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 pint cold cooked corned beef, chopped
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 4 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
- 4-5 tablespoons finely shredded watercress
- Whole wheat or brown bread slices
- Butter for spreading
Method
- 1 Chop 1 pint of cold cooked corned beef.
- 2 Mix the beef with 1 teaspoon horseradish, 4 tablespoons melted butter (or olive oil), and 4-5 tablespoons finely shredded watercress.
- 3 Spread the mixture between slices of buttered whole wheat or brown bread.
- 4 Trim the crusts and cut the sandwiches into triangles.
