  • 1 pint cold cooked corned beef, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
  • 4-5 tablespoons finely shredded watercress
  • Whole wheat or brown bread slices
  • Butter for spreading

Method

  1. 1 Chop 1 pint of cold cooked corned beef.
  2. 2 Mix the beef with 1 teaspoon horseradish, 4 tablespoons melted butter (or olive oil), and 4-5 tablespoons finely shredded watercress.
  3. 3 Spread the mixture between slices of buttered whole wheat or brown bread.
  4. 4 Trim the crusts and cut the sandwiches into triangles.
