Honey Sour Cream Tea Cake

Ingredients

• 1 cup honey
• ½ cup sour cream
• 2 eggs, well-beaten
• ½ cup butter, melted
• 2 cups flour
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Method
