Honey Sesame Turnips And Carrots
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 medium turnips, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 2 medium carrots, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons honey
Method
- 1 Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 Add turnips, carrots, and salt; sauté until vegetables begin to soften.
- 3 Stir in garlic and sesame seeds; cook until vegetables begin to brown.
- 4 Stir in honey and serve warm.
