Honey Raspberry Nutmegade
Ingredients
- 3 baskets raspberries, well-washed
- 1 quart water
- 1 ½ cups honey
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 orange or 1 lemon, juiced
- Ice
Method
- 1 Place raspberries, water, honey, and nutmeg in a saucepan.
- 2 Bring to a boil, then cook slowly until fruit is soft, mashing frequently.
- 3 Cool the mixture, then strain into a punch bowl.
- 4 Add citrus juice and a piece of ice before serving.
