Honey Peanut Butter Oat Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups rice cereal
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup raisins or other dried fruit

Method

  1. 1 Wash hands with soap and water. In a saucepan, bring honey to a boil.
  2. 2 Reduce heat to low and stir in peanut butter until smooth.
  3. 3 Add cereal, oats, and raisins; mix well to combine.
  4. 4 Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking pan. Press mixture into pan.
  5. 5 Let cool, then cut into 16 bars. Store in an airtight container.
