Honey Nut Bran Muffins
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups bran
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 egg
Method
- 1 In a mixing bowl, combine honey, baking soda, salt, bran, flour, nuts, milk, and egg.
- 2 Beat hard and mix thoroughly.
- 3 Pour into well-greased muffin pans.
- 4 Bake in a hot oven (425°F) for 25 minutes.
