Honey Mustard With Cinnamon
Ingredients
- 8 oz mustard seeds
- 2 oz honey
- 2 oz cinnamon
- vinegar (enough to reach consistency of good mustard)
Method
- 1 Clean the mustard seeds thoroughly.
- 2 Grind the seeds in a mortar.
- 3 Add vinegar and honey, mixing until the mixture reaches the consistency of good mustard.
- 4 Add ground cinnamon and stir well.
- 5 Store in small barrels with a tight lid.
