Honey Lemon Glazed Baked Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound chicken cut into 8 pieces
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking pan with foil and lightly oil it.
- 2 Combine flour and salt in a plastic bag. Shake chicken pieces in the mixture, then place on the prepared pan.
- 3 Bake for 45 minutes.
- 4 Combine honey and lemon juice. Spoon the mixture over the chicken to glaze.
- 5 Bake for another 15 minutes until glazed and cooked through.
