Hominy And Cornmeal Griddle Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 pint small hominy
- 1 pint corn meal
- Eggs
- Milk
- Butter
Method
- 1 Wash 1 pint of small hominy very clean and boil until tender.
- 2 Add 1 pint of corn meal to the cooked hominy.
- 3 Make a batter using eggs, milk, and a piece of butter.
- 4 Bake like batter cakes on a griddle.
- 5 Serve with butter and molasses.
