Homemade Lemon Marmalade
Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 1 ¼ cups water
- 1 ½ cups sugar
Method
- 1 Slice the lemon, remove seeds, and chop the rind finely.
- 2 Add water and bring to a boil. Cook slowly for about one hour until the rind is very soft.
- 3 Stir in sugar and cook until the mixture thickens to the consistency of marmalade.
